Subscription delivery system with overnight schedule generation and wallets

A customer PWA, admin dashboard, staff portal and delivery agent app run on a TypeScript Express API over MySQL. Subscriptions are expanded into delivery schedules overnight within a configurable cutoff time and generation horizon, prepaid wallets are debited automatically, and drivers receive street-ordered run-sheets.
