Field service CRM for water purifier servicing and AMCs

A customer web app, service agent app, staff portal and admin dashboard share an Express and Prisma API, with each registered purifier tracking its filters, warranty and AMC contract. Technician visits run on digital checklists that record TDS readings, spare parts are tracked from warehouse to van, and each visit is invoiced.
