Fixed asset register with custody, maintenance and depreciation

An asset management PWA, admin dashboard and staff portal run on a Prisma and PostgreSQL backend, self-hosted with Docker Compose and Nginx. Each QR- or barcode-tagged asset carries custody, branch transfers, maintenance tickets, warranty and AMC alerts and depreciation, and physical audits reconcile QR scans against the register.

Product overview

Dino Assets Management is a ready-made, white-label fixed asset register for IT, facility and finance teams. It ties together the asset registry with QR/barcode tags, employee custody assignments, branch transfers, preventive maintenance, warranty and AMC alerts, straight-line depreciation and physical QR audits in one workspace. Software licences and consumables are tracked alongside hardware, with role-based access for administrators, asset, IT and department managers. It is self-hosted on the client's own server with source code included and no per-seat fees.
