Fleet dispatch platform with a unified multi-stop job model

One job model covers deliveries, pickups, transfers, returns and service visits, used by a map-based control tower, a driver PWA and a customer portal over a backend REST API. The harder parts are the driver's offline queue, sign-in-free tracking pages and branch-scoped roles with a joint human and AI audit trail.

Product overview

DinoFleet is a ready-made, self-hosted fleet operations platform for courier, last-mile, field service and multi-branch fleets. One job model covers deliveries, pickups, transfers, returns and service visits with multi-stop routes, time windows and photo or signature proof of delivery. Dispatchers work from a map-centric control tower, drivers use an installable PWA with an offline queue, and customers submit requests and follow public tracking pages without signing in. Fleet managers track vehicles, fuel, maintenance and expiring compliance documents, finance handles expenses, charges and invoices, and an AI assistant answers with cited sources and proposes changes as approval cards.
